Titanic-Style Chivalry: My Body, My Choice

Today is the 100-year anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. When the ship went down, the crew called for women and children to board the lifeboats first. Due to this gender profiling, men died disproportionately in the icy waters. I am honored that the editors at A Voice for Men have published my article on the subject, which asks the question: why is it offensive for society to say that a woman's place is in the home, but not offensive for it to say that a man's place is in the grave? Thank you, Paul Elam and editors at A Voice for Men!
